We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. By implementing our wireless control unit "PWS" and the layered information display light "LA6," it is possible to wirelessly notify the office of abnormal outputs (contact signals) from the compressor. This allows for the notification of pressure drops in compressors, which are often difficult to notice, thereby reducing production losses. 【Case Study】 ■ Benefits of Implementation - The elapsed time since the occurrence of an abnormality is immediately visible. - The layered information display light can be easily configured with free editing software. - Notifications via voice using a voice synthesis rotating light. - Reduction of production losses. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓

[FA Site Improvement Case] I want to visualize the door opening and closing times.

Proposing hygiene management tools for food defense measures to improve quality.

We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. There was no guideline for opening and closing doors, which sometimes led to them being left open during the transportation of goods or when multiple people were passing through. Since foreign object contamination can be a fatal incident for food factories, we implemented the layered information display light "LA6" as a countermeasure. By enabling passersby and those around to unconsciously recognize the opening and closing of the door, we were able to respond quickly to issues such as forgetting to close the door or leaving a gap. 【Case Study】 ■ Improvement Issues - The time the door is open is left to the awareness of passersby. - Without guidelines, it is difficult to enforce any rules created. - Foreign object contamination poses a critical risk. ■ Proposal - Easily visualize the door opening and closing time with "LA6." - Management of the previously neglected time has become simple. - With LA6, it is easy to notice and respond immediately if the door is left ajar, forgotten to be closed, or if something is caught in it. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/

[FA Site Improvement Case] Prevention of Defects in the Inspection Process

Quality improvement: Manage time in the inspection process to contribute to the reduction of defective products.

We will introduce a case study of improvements in the FA field proposed by Patlite. Inspections were conducted on the parts manufacturing line before shipment. Due to the rush of the operators during the inspection process, the inspections were neglected, leading to the outflow of defective products. To address this, we introduced the layered information display light "LA6." By using the smart mode "Time Trigger Type" as a timer, we managed the time for the inspection process, establishing a system to start the inspection of the next product after a set period. [Case Study] ■ Improvement Issue - We want to eliminate the shipment of defective products. ■ Proposal - By using the smart mode "Time Trigger Type," we utilize the display light as a timer. - Conduct inspections of one product during the timer display. - When the blue light is fully lit, the inspection is complete, and we proceed to the next product inspection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
